a friend of a friend of mine is a prostitute, she gets downright harrassed by lesbians in her neighborhood, the moral majority for the most part just want her to go away. Lesbians will actually chase her down the street, and take initiative to get her arrested. Why? Lesbians and straight alike please answer.

Not all lesbians hate hookers. Most feminists find prostitution to be degrading to women and thus hate hookers. Since many lesbians are feminists, many lesbians do dislike prostitutes. It's not because they're les. It's because they're feminists.

I don't think it has anything to do with being a lesbian. Perhaps they just don't want a hooker in their neighborhood. I wouldn't and I am not a lesbian, of course.

A lot of lesbians are feminists. Prostitution objectifies women. Feminism is opposed to practices that objectify women. Most forms of feminism view prostitution as a practice that objectifies women. If many lesbians are feminists, then it would follow that many lesbians are also against prostitution.

Perhaps they don't want whores working on their streets. Screwing in doorways leaving condoms on the street.
