I have this theory that maybe Lita never cheated on Matt, and this whole fued is all a hoax to boost ratings, and to turn Lita into a heal. Let's face it, she was well liked and I would imagine that the WWE had to take drastic measures in order to get the fans to hate her. So I still think that Matt and Lita are together, and this whole thing is total BS. What do you guys think?

HEY! I came up with that theory when the whole thing started, and spread it all over the web, causing a whole lot of controversy... Go search all sorts of wrestling forums, especially Edge, Lita and Matt related for that. (I'm using the same screen name everywhere... Though since it might be over a year old subject, in some places it might have been deleted...)
Unfortunately though, there's no real ground to it (though I worked my a** off trying to prove it... trust me...), and most things does indicate that it's for real. *sigh*
But trust me, IF one of this days I'd find I was right - The whole world gonna know about it... LOL

When Matt and her were dating she had an affair with an already married Edge (for real) Edge divorced his wife, Matt left RAW and WWE for a while. Matt came back and went to smackdown instead of being around Edge every night, and Edge and his ex-wife are patching things up.
Lita has been a heal for the past year or two anyway, ever since the whole, cheating on Matt thing happened.
edit for person under me..... Edge is skyrocketing because he has better mic skills, better actor...... (insert any huge name wrestler in the past couple years) must have good mic skills, Rock, Austin, Jericho, Edge, HHH
Jeff always got more publicity than Matt anyway, Jeff left and everyone was like .... Matt Hardy??!! wasn't he a part of that Hardy Boyz group back in the day..

Sorry to burst your happy little Matt & Lita bubble but it's all true. Edge's wife divorced him over it to prove it. WWE never planned to use this as a storyline. If you remember the plan was to have her and Kane in a story line together. But with Matt crying to everyone who would listen and interfering with the company they saw there was money to be made with the story line, rehired Matt (yes he really did get fired), and ran with it.
Both Edge & Matt suck.
Lita Rocks.
Jeff carried Team X-treme and deserves all the credit.
Thank God they resigned Jeff. Now he's entertaining.

Edge and lita used to date for real after that they broke up and became fake bf/gf in WWE story line

Edge used to be my favorite. He went out for over a year with a back injury and they re-wrote him as an asshole. Lita used to be cool. She trained Cristy Hemme. It's in the script! I love WWE, but sometimes its hard to remember that its like General Hospital, not like football! Thats what makes it so fun. Enjoy.

It is just a crazy scheme,Matt already broke up with with Lita and Edge is getting back with his ex-wife,so as you can see this is a confusing storyline.

that is a hard one. I want to say they are for real but I also want to say no it isn't. Lita is the type (or used to be) to not take any crap and I just wonder when she is going to get sick of Edge abandoning her and/or hurting her so that he don't get hurt.
