Not really sure. I am pretty sure that you cannot go back in time.
That is because the entropy of the universe is increasing. In order to go back in time, you would have to decrease the amount of entropy in the immediate sphere of the time machine. It might be possible to go into the future, just by decreasing the entropy in the area of the time machine, and it would slip into the future, but probably too far ahead for anyone now alive to remember that person when they were young. I mean if you could travel to the past, why wouldn't someone from the future come back to our time and prove that you could do it????

No. The one that I read about is phony. . . You would have to travel the speed of Light, however, if you could create a worm hole, like maybe the UFO's have done probably, then maybe it is possible. They would have to be very much further advanced than us, and very much older. You might be seeing time travelers from other universes, but we are not there yet, unless we don't know about it. I think I would be bragging about it, wouldn't you and selling tickets for the ride. You could look up John Titor, if you want to have a laugh.

In a way. At least that time can change:

Two Jumbo Jets were flown around the world in opposite directions with atomic clocks onboard. They proved conclusively and absolutely that time does slow down. But it's not really a machine.

Not the kind that you are thinking of, like they show on tv.
The closest thing that anyone has come up with is transmitting beams through objects at speeds greater than light, where the beam will come out of the object about a billionth of a second before it went in.

According to Quatum theory you can do this without a machine, by just using your mind to alter the reality to the past. All depends on how far down the rabbit hole ya wanna go.

Time travel is theoretically possible but will possibly never be done. I would advise you to read the book ' The ABC of Relativity' if you are interested in this topic.

If they have it would have occured in our future. We would only know if they came back in time to visit us. Either they have and haven't bother to let us know, or time travel isn't possible, or our time is to uninteresting for someone from the future to come and visit.

No, no one know how to time travel right now. (other than travel faster than the speed of light which is impossible according to the theory of relativity)

Seeing as how time is not a fixed construct, it seems to me that someone should have created one by now.
