Find a GOOD Coach. Listen, Practice, Keep a good Diet regiment, Get SLEEP, and most of all SWIM. Also, improve on ALL technical skills, then become a champion. I personally swam for 6 hours a day. 3 in the morning and 3 hours in the evening. and weekends. Good Luck

First you need to be good at swimming.... then pick a stroke (free, back, breast, fly or IM) and work so you become good at it. Then you need to do a swim meet and see how you place. And then work, work ,work until you make it to the big leagues.

Train for as many hours possible, and as hard as u can possible every day. Make sure u get ur sleep, 8 cups of water a day, lots of carbs before, durin and after ur meets and if u want practices. Make sure u get a good coach, who works u hard. Taper, get tight suits no matter how hard they may hurt. Get good starts and turns, streamline, get privet stroke lessons. I hope i helped! Good luck!

Boobs are made of fat so if you look at most professional female athletes your can see that they have little or no boobs at all. This is because when you exercise hard and work on fitness, body fat is lost and since total body fat is lost so is some of the fat in the breasts
