If it's really had pretty large nuts, it's a sign of prostate cancer. Please see a doctor as soon as possible, otherwise there won't be even any nuts left.

It depends on what you mean by large. I have about a handful. It's hard for me to measure them, but I think they're medium. If most men had large nuts, then they wouldn't really be large would they? They'd be normal and not large in that case.
