Do you know where he works? Do you have his home phone number? Do you have his address? If not, I would trust my instincts.

Something is definitely shady!! NO guy is too tired to invite a girl over for sex. Sorry, but it's true. Either he is married, is seeing someone else, or there is some other weird secret he is keeping from you, but there is definitely something going on. Ask him out on a saturday night and tell him you'll meet him at his place- see what his reaction is. If this continues, find a way to uncover the truth or find someone else!!

If he was single he would of already took you to his pad. Most guys will take you to their house or apt because no matter how nice the guy is they want to have sex. Why don't you call him ask him for his home phone number see what he says. He would probably say all he has is his cell phone. Tell him your curious on where he lives and would like to see his place see his reaction. That should tell you if he is married or not.

Maybe he's not attracted to you and is being nice to save you being hurt.

He might be trying to figure out a way to tell you to back off a bit, and the distance is his way of trying to take a breather. Guys are not like girls, they need a lot of independence and space a lot of the time. If he is truly attracted to you, he will 'come back' to you when he is ready

It sounds like you need to get some confidence and to stop worrying. Let fate take it's course. He's dating you, leave it at that and just enjoy what you get from him :)

How did you two meet btw? Don't you twoo have a common friend that you could ask? you can also call his office pretending your from a mailing service or whatever, then ask his officemate about his status. Or you can also ask a girlfriend to do that for you. Matters like this should be settled at once.

How many personal details do you know about him? SIt down and talk to him seriously. If he still doesn't want to change forget about him and find a guy who really needs you and has time for you. Good luck
