My 9 month old takes 1, sometimes zero naps a day. She's very active, nosey, and likes getting into a lot of things. She goes to bed around 9pm, wakes up in the middle of the night (the time varies) and we have to give her a bottle for her to go back to sleep. After that, she wakes up around 8-9am and we do it all over again.

I put my three year old and 9 month old to bed at 9 ant they wake up around 8 or nine. Although the 9 month old will fall asleep earlier and his wake up could also be later. When they are so young they keep their own schedules.

I don't really follow a strict bedtime schedule. Although when my 5 year old has school I make sure she's in bed before 9pm. I have a 2 year old and I just put him to bed when he is tired, that can be early or late. I personally don't have a problem with them staying up occasionally as long as they are behaved. They get up between 8-9am. My mum did this with me and I found as I got older I went to bed early myself to get up for high school and then work.

My two year old goes to bed between 7:30 and 8:00pm, and wakes up between 5:30 and 6:30am. He takes an hour-and-a-half to two hour nap in the late morning.

my baby goes to bed at 9-10pm.

wakes up around 1 am for milk, then at 4am for milk and perhaps diaper change too, then at 8am for milk and diaper change.

if lucky, he'll go back to sleep and doze off until 9 or 9:30am. otherwise, at 8am, he will stay awake and start playing after finishing his milk.

by the way, my baby is 1 year and 8 months old.

if you have a younger baby, you have a higher chance of waking up more often. they usually crave for milk every one hour or two hours.

my son isn't really allowing me to get him on a schedule but every night between 10 and 10:30 i put him in bed and it takes anywhere from a half hour to a full hour to get him to pass out, and I'll stay up awhile after him getting things done cause he has decided that naps are no longer needed! oh and did i mention he is in my bed!(he wont do the crib thing) then he gets up between 9 and 11....so im always tired!!!!!...
