Why didn't youth hockey leagues tell Frost he was not welcome a long time ago? People had to realize the guy was a weirdo long before the Danton affair, and his association with Ontario Junior A continued even after that! Shouldn't the league have made him persona non grata long before the CBC and OPP had him in their sights?

This is a flashback to the Graham James saga. Graham James molested teenage boys as a junior hockey coach, went to prison, and some team in Spain actually hired the bastard as a hockey coach.

What really bothers me is that the NHL actually certified Frost as a player agent, and he only had one client. How do you quantify giving a pedophile the same stature as someone like Don Meehan?

People like Frost destroy lives just by showing up in the room. A guy like this throws everyone in junior hockey who does great work with Canadian kids into question. It only takes one guy like this to wonder about the entire system, and that's a shame.

parents have the feeling their children will make the NHL poor decisions based on their own desires are common. I only let my son play local league have turned down rep team twice i just want my son to have fun not have to work his butt off only to watch the coaches kids and their buddies get all the ice time if the scouts are looking at your kid they will find him no matter what level he plays by the way my son scored 7 goals in one game last season on a team where ice time was basically equal for all the players

Makes one wonder if Frost might have molested Danton, doesn't it? or perhaps maybe someone he knew? Looks like maybe Danton was not the bad guy so much in all this.

He had a connection with the players. He would hire hookers, let them drink beer, and this sort of stuff inorder to win over the approval of the players, and if he went, the players went.

If they had told him something like that he could have sued the crap out of them without an indictment or conviction. The parents should have known better.
