if i was magically not dead, id go look around, try to find that mars rover thing, thats probably kind of fun to play with

You'd probably find yourself quite short of breathe....Mars has only 0.75% of our atmosphere, and is mainly carbon dioxide.
Mars is also a bit chilly. It is further out from the sun (almost 2 times that of earth) and it has a thinner atmosphere, so those martian nites get very, VERY cold!.
Also, you'd probably want to slap on some sunscreen....Mars has no ozone layer to speak of, and just a couple of minutes can leave you with a nasty sunburn (you'd be right at home on the Red Planet!).
At least you might have one thing going for you....a little spring in your step. Mars has just a little over a third of Earth's gravity(100 lbs on Earth=38 lbs on Mars).

I would not be able to breath very well. What would you do, if you woke up and found your head was a dog rather than your head, and all you could do was just bark all the time. How could you do that? If you found yourself on Mars, you would have had to get there somehow, and so I would say, you would just wake up from your dream
