I had an N70. It was my favorite general-use phone. I lost it a week after I got the 3250 and haven't missed it. The 3250 is my current favorite general-use phone. It has great audio, a usable camera, and nice form factor.
I have no idea how much they cost where you are though.

N70s are a good phone however they have a slow menu option. Your better off going with a N80. they have better menu screens and also have x y menu axis. 3.0 m camera etc, better software. Unfamiliar with a 3250 but the 3233 is a good phone as well.

I got the following prices in China and Hong Kong, may be of use to you:
1. Nokia N-70 RMB 3200 (1 US$ = 7.9 RMB)
2. Nokia N-6070 RMB 1200 (1 US$ = 7.9 RMB)
but Nokia N-6070 in Hong Kong is HK$ 1000 only.
3. Nokia N-3220 in Hong Kong is HK$ 775 only (1US$ = HK$ 7.75).
4. Nokia N-7260 in Hong Kong is HK$ 1000 only (1US$ = HK$ 7.75).
I would suggest you go for N-70 or higher Models like N-73 or N-91 etc.
