Actually, the best way I found to get a deal on Park Hopper passes is to have a friend in the military. Most military bases and posts have a place where you can buy the passes at a much cheaper rate than anywhere else. It is just a perk that Disney gives to our military. Just last summer, I got 3-day Park Hopper passes to Disney/California Adventure for $95. Usually military families can only buy 5 passes per ID card, so if you are taking a group, you need to have more than 1 contact. Good Luck....

i have been to disneyland a million times, and i have never seen or heard of a way to get a cheap ticket in any form, unless you have an annual pass already. sometimes, however, they have seasonal discounts, so you may want to register with disney insider on their site.
you could try a travel agent, or ebay, or craigslist
