Unless you are on some fertility treatment there is nothing really you can to to increase your chances for multiples. I think you have a better chance if twins run in your family but its no guarantee

Be a twin, or come from a family where twins are common.

Hormones given to infertile couples tend to produce multiple offspring, but sometimes its 4 or more.

stand on your head and have him just drop it in, This will allow splitting of the egg and get fetilized at the same time. If that doesnt work, Maybe try hanging from a sex swing backwards, Let him get a running start at ya.

genetics is the best way! if it runs in your family then the greater your chance, but other than that I have no clue good luck
