Sorry, I dont think so.

I've heard there is limewire and kazaa, but its risky because both are loaded with viruses.

not really, either find a way to download it, good luck with picture quality, this is where you will suffer since there are no DVD rips out.
You can't really watch any PPV's, even those from the 80-90's for free on websites. You can try youtube or google video's but I doubt it will be on.
Find a local sports bar or something when the PPV's come out and go watch it there, our local sports bar is $5-6 for WWE ppv, and they have 72 tv screens.
