They don't actually "go bad" like food goes bad, but they do get stale if left opened. They won't taste the same, and be very strong. Three weeks is a bit too long, unless you want to get dizzy and pass out with your first puff.

They'll be fine. They don't go bad, but they do get stale. They wouldn't taste as good then, or might taste a bit stronger.
Keep them in the fridge, wrapped in plastic so moisture doesn't get in.

They do go stale, but you gotta figure that would take at least a month, think about all the time they might spend in the storage room of the store you buy them from. They should have a good shelf life, especially with all those chemicals mixed in.

They do go off.
Cigarettes are made from leaves and after time are susceptible to types of fungi.
Also, after many years all the solvents and chemicals detach themselves from the leaf.

They can get stale, so they won't taste as good (as if they taste good to begin with, but you know what I mean). They're probably okay to smoke, but they won't be as "fresh".

No, menthol is the stuff in toothpaste, it just cools the smoke down and gives it a taste. Only reason guys dont use them is cause they are for "*******"
