Pimples are oils trapped under the skin. Every time she washes, she washes all the oils away. When there is no oil left, the body sends out more to the face. The more she washes her face, the more her body sends oils thus more oil gets trapped under the skin.

Wash once or twice and ALWAYS moisturize!

ok.. so ure getting more pimple than the usual? what's your age? do not use hard soap on your face.. use specially formulated facial wash and scrub.. always make sure you get enough sleep too, when one person is stressed or needs more sleep she/he can have pimples.. do not over do the washing your face routine... at least 3times a day will do.. and at night make sure to use facial wash because it is delicate for the face's skin because the skin in our face is to be treated more delicately than any other body skin parts... then after washing your face apply the 3 step:
1. Cleanse
2. tone
3. moisturize..

hope my answer helps.. i've tried it for myself, but sometimes it really won't do because we are still young it is a sign of young age.. and sometimes even if you do these routines it won't work because of our environment, what is important is your face is clean and soft, also if you are using make up do not use oil based and heavy cream based products, it may make you face oily that will also lead to start pimples and oil production.. drink plenty of water (it's good for your skin inside and out)..also when wiping your face of dirt, always use soft cloth and use powder to freshen up... hope it really helps...

I grew up being taught that the face is very sensitive and so washing with warm water ONLY is sufficient cleansing.
I have always only washed with a clean cloth and warm-hot water.... and nothing else and I have never had a problem with pimples.

Miss Bliss answered very well-she is right on! If you wash too much oil (sebum) off your face the body will overproduce to make up for it. Use a face product for combination or oily skin, then moisturize!

Miss Bliss is right, but also, is She rinsing her face with warm or cold water? If you rinse with warm water, your pores are left open so dirt and oil can get back in easily. If you rinse your face with cool water your pores will close, making it more difficult for dirt to get in.

she could be using the wrong kind of facial soap. determine what type her skin is (oily? dry? combination?), and from there, you can choose a wide array of facial soaps that will cater to the needs of her skin. when in doubt, go to a CLINIQUE (yes the make up brand) store/kiosk, and inquire about her face. she DOESN'T HAVE to buy. but they can help determine what skin type she has.

NOTE: never pop a pimple. 50% chance it will leave a scar.

You are removing the natural oils from the skin, therefore prompting your body to produce more..you are throwing it all out of whack.. reduce your usage of cosmetic cleansers, and just wipe your face with warm water..

probably she didnt do it correctly...when u wash ur face, u have to make sure u apply ur toner after that..dont just cleanse, u have to use ur toner..when u use the cleanser, u actually open all ur pores to remove all the dirts. this is where the toner comes in handy..the toner will close all the opened pores...after that, u can use ur mosturiser ;)
