I suppose it is field hockey and not ice hockey.
Off late India is not fairing well. I do not forsee India would win the world cup.
Actually India is trapped in two different styles of hockey: The Indian style - short passes and Individual dribbling and the European Style - Long passes without too much dribbling. Since India is good in dribbling but having foreign coaches alongwith the success of the Eurpean Teams, has prompted India to become a mix of Hockey styles and is not at all good at any of the two.

When you say Hockey I sure ur not talking about Ice hockey, so I doubt if US will win that. Anyways there is no was India will win the stick Hockey.

If it is Hockey not Hoky then in my opinion and I am sure most everybody they will not win the World cup. Sorry

If by hokey, you mean HOCKEY.... then I highly doubt it. Either US, Canada, Sweden, or Finland will win... as usual.
