they say dont, it could spread the infection or cause scaring. I do, I think it looks gross to walk around with a white thing on your face (graphic, sorry, has anyone seen osmosis jones?) You can buy this device (usually used by estheicians) where its supposed to "lift" it out, mimimal to no scarring, no spreading. I don't know if you can buy it OTC because I can buy special beauty supplies because I am a hairdresser but look into it, online or sallys.

No, no, no... Trust me you don't want to so that, I used to always do that. I don't have any scarring but alot of people who do pop their pimples get scars. My face always got worse after popping a pimple plus it left this painful, red, puffed up spot on my face. Ewe.. it looks gross. And it will be bright red too, for quite a while until it heals. I will just wash my face, use a toner and a lotion and when I get a pipple no matter small or huge!!! At night I will put rubbing alcohol on it and then I use the clearsil cream in the white tube, Most times by morinig it is gone, and if not gone it is greatly reduced. I f I have a huge pimple it usually takes about 3 days to go away doing that.Use an exfoliating cream and that will help keep ypur face fresh looking and alot of times will slogh off those tiny whiteheads.

Squeezing pimples can push the zit-causing bacteria farther into the skin, causing more redness and swelling. It is also the most common cause of acne scarring.
There is even a deadly complication from zit popping, which is called cavernous sinus thrombosis, a blood clot in the sinus cavity that runs between the sphenoid bone, the large bone at the base of the skull, and temporal bone located near the temple. The real danger zone for zit popping is an area that some people refer to as the triangle of death, an area stretching from the bridge of the nose to the corner of the mouth to the width of the jaw. The veins in this area can cause cavernous sinus thombosis. Squeezing zits in this part of your face can cause infection and start this dangerous process.

NO! Stop and don't pop that pimple because it will leave a big ugly looking scar and if your skin is really light it will show even worse....so just wait for it go down or put something on it to help it go away....

Please never pop pimples as these will leave permanent scars.
Once a pimple comes let it go away naturally - for that you have to be patient.

Only when they appear white. There are tools available with the nailclippers, tweezers, etc. at retail stores that are used especially for this. Be sure the clean the affected area thoroughly so it doesn't spread though! Good luck!
