Drink plenty of water or other fruit juices that are 'cooling' to the body. Do eat a lot of fruits, raw veggies & yogurt - avoid chocolates, meat and other 'heaty stuff' as far as possible. Wash your face with a good face-wash 2-3 times a day and after patting it dry, apply calamine lotion.

Rashes in forehead is a most common thing, that too in a country like ours which is almost hot. There are several ways to overcome it.I'll like to share few of the tips with you.We can make a paste of cucumber and apply it over forehead for some few hours then wash with fresh water. We can mix a paste of Pure turmeric powder & Natural sandal, apply it over the forehead. We have to be sure not to use more cosmetics. We must ensure that our face is free from oil by washing it regularly with Dhal powder. We can also use face pack of Dhal powder mixed with pure turmeric powder daily twice which would surely help us to protect from these rashes.

Heat Rashes , Itchy skin surface can be reduced by washing the face with plane water no of times during the day. Do not rub the face - only damp the the surface with soft towel.
Applying ice wrapped in a cloth also helps in reducing the rashes.
some mild mosturising cream can be applied there on.

To get rid off summer rash or heat rash :
The best treatment is to massage the scalp with egg white and the juice of neem leaves, leave it for ten minutes and wash it off with besan flour.
2. One can apply half teaspoonful haldi powder and sandal paste mixed with rose water. this is my personal experience.

Benadryl. I was working outdoors all this summer, and as gross as it is, I had heat rash too, so I took benadryl every night before I went to bed (because it makes you super drowsy) and it was completely gone in a couple of days.
