How can I get my other half over here from Swaziland????

I want to get my other-half over here from Swaziland and it is taking forever for him to get a visa over there. I have been told that it is hard for them even to get a study visa or a sponsor visa to come over to Australia. Please help me as I want to get him over to South Australia as soon as possible so we can finally be together as we have planned. I really want him to be here for my birthday in Oct.
Only serious answers please and no stupid remarks about Adelaide as I love my state and my country.

to the guy that said maybe he has aids NO HE DOES NOT HAVE AIDS. we both have been tested and we are both clear. Just to put everyone straight. I didn't meet him on the internet, I didn't meet him in personal ads, I met him at the Commonwealth Games here in Melbourne when I was looking after the Swaziland team. So he has to be in top physical condition.

Try to get more people involved in the process. If you could find 5 to 10 people to guarantee for him you should have no problem. I found out that when they see money they will allow almost anyone to enter the country. I wish you both the best !

if he already enroll at university, he would be granted study visa easily (with good health result).
i do not know about sponsor visa.
