your self-esteem? what techniques, methods, skills do you use (please be specific)? is it really possible to improve years of bad habits (looking down) and beliefs (i'm no good) with self-esteem work?

Just smile a lot. I wake up everyday and say to myself, " nothing is going to keep me down, and Im going to have a good day, no matter what" It always works for me.

jim you underestimate yourself...you are only as good as you think you are and do not ever compare yourself to anyone else you are unique no other will exist or ever exist who is like you....what a terrible thing to view yourself as less....look at you....regard yourself as you truly are not what you have heard others or society says you are and you will see you are special....i know these things and can absolutely guarantee you that you are not 'no good'....
