Ok this is what worked for me. Cry as much as you posibly can and then cry some more. Screem if you can. Watch movies that will make you cry and do everything to get it out of your sistem. Crying will resolve your problem and restore the balanace in your system and you will be able to start your new job.

You can't exactly "get over" a broken heart in 3 days, but you can help heal it by spending an entire day getting yourself pampered. Go to your favorite hair salon and have them do your hair in a completely different and new hairstyle(make sure it's appropriate for your new job). Then go to your favorite store and buy an outfit that makes you look sexy. Don't forget makeup to go with it. If you know a place that sells chocolate-covered strawberries, get them. For me, they are the ultimate comfort food. Then, at the end of the day, pop in a dvd that's anything but romance( comedy never fails) and down some ice cream. You'll be so amazed with your new look that you won't even remember what you used to look like.

Broken Hearts will haunt us all our lives.

First tonight sit down and think about your relationship.
On a sheet of paper draw a line down the middle with the left side for good and right for bad.
Write the good memories then the bad. When finished write down the main reason for the split. Look over what you wrote and ask yourself; Why am I crying?

a relationship does not make you, your still the same person, just now, you are free to do your own thing, and find the right one.. everything happens for a reason, a few years down the road, you'll look back at this, and appreciate that you had the chance to find the person who really is right for you. the best thing for you to do is to be around people that care about you, and try to find things to do with your freinds and relatives, the people you've grown distanced from because of how much time you've spent with your ex. its ok to sulk about a heartbreak, just make sure it doesnt take over you, life is a tricky thing, and im sure this is fate's way of tellin you that you haven't found the right one, as much as you might have thought you did

Usually the best way to deal with an end of a relationship is to deal with it honestly. Even if the guy was perfect and he dumped you you can see that you would not want to be with anyone that failed to return your love.

And find someone new, that always makes things better. And do not take things to work with you nor things home from work. You cannot be a good employee if you cant leave home at home and you cant enjoy home life if you take work home with you.

Good Luck... you will find someone new and better I hope. Maybe meet them through, not at.. through work.

Do not think of it as a end, think of it as a brand new beginning...
Go pamper yourself, Get out into public, go to places that you haven't been, do something that you haven't done. Do not wallow with your broken heart. Do not let them win. Take back your own self happiness

Concentrate on your new job. Concentrate on making it a career move and being a new start on your life. Concentrate on doing the best you can do. Concentrate on being in new surroundings.

Make a concerted effort to look like dynamite - hair, nails, toes, make-up, clothes.

Walk tall, and hold your head high.
Your life is just beginning.
