I never used to get dizzy or have head aches but over the past few weeks I have been getting dizzy even while sitting or laying down. I am also getting head aches very often and may times when I feel dizzy a head ache is not far behind. I have also lost some of my appetite. My digestive system also seems to not be working very well.

Could be a medical disorder. How much sleep do you get? And when you eat, are you eating healthy? Maybe consult your primary care doctor. Explain to them what is going on, they would be able to help you best since they know your medical background.

Unexplained dizziness can be caused by a number of things. I am assuming you haven't had any recent head trauma?? You need to see a doctor, be examined and have bloodwork done. It could be a number of things:
1)inner ear infection / vertigo
2)high or low blood sugar
3)high or low blood pressure, etc.

It may be something as minor as an ear infection that antibiotics could take care of, or something as serious as heart disease or diabetes. In any case, seeing a doctor soon will help you feel better and find out what is going on. Take care of yourself!

Lots of us get dizzy when we squat down (e.g., when we are looking for books in a library) and when we stand up suddenly. This is caused by a temporary lack of sufficient oxygenated blood to the brain.

Since you suffer dizziness even while sitting or lying down, you should see a Doctor IMMEDIATELY. She can run tests to find out what is wrong.

Me, too!
Check your blood pressure.Mine was WAY high and is coming back to norm(it's been 5 days) Cut out the salt!
Then have your ears checked. A sinus infection can cause an inner ear inbalance, which will make you dizzy and give you head aches.
How's your sugar? Low sugar or high will give you problems.

You definitely need to make a doctor's appointment and fast.
Do you have a family history of high blood pressure or diabetes?
A friend of mine who was otherwise very fit began suffering from dizziness, extreme thirst, and blurred vision. He even went to an eye doctor who prescribed corrective lenses. It wasn't until he almost wrecked his car one night trying to get home and his wife took him to the doctor that he discovered that he was suffering from diabetes.

pressure on your middle ear due to maybe soething as simple as a sinus infection. Try taking an antihistimine(benedryl) a couple of times. If its stilla prob make a doctors appointment.

Sounds like you have allergy problems.
Right now it's ragweed season and I stay dizzy all the time until the end of October.

It sounds like you are not eating properly and have lost some very important vitamins and minerals from your system. You need to get to your doctor right away and have some blood work done. Things will only continue to get worse.

I had symptoms like that before and finally went to the doctor. I was diagnosed with high blood pressure. I would suggest you go see your doctor asap. Good luck!
