Overdone!
Mini skirts with leggings are like "Promiscuous" and your local FM station. Walk down a shopping district or the mall and you are guaranteed to see at least five girls wearing that in the first ten minutes that you're there.
Break away from the norm!
Take one step up and pair the leggings with an above-the-knee length denim pencil skirt instead.
You could also wear them with slightly loose clam diggers and Chloé-type wedges.
Or a dress with a slightly voluminous skirt, but not everyone can pull that off.
Think outside the mini and explore endless possibilities!

The sight of the mini-skirt worm with leggings on a petite to medium built girl is such a turn-on that I can't resist telling a girl wearing them how gorgeous she looks. I've been known to say..."I love your outfit, adds to your natural beauty!".or a simple..."Your gorgeous". Then I walk away never to be seen or heard from again.

Personally, I don't like them because I think they're redundant. You wear a mini skirt because it's hot, but you wear leggings because it's..... cold? I also don't like how they look because I think they look.... weird, they just look kind of trashy to me. Maybe this is because I'm simple and practical but this is my opinion on this type of "fashion". My boyfriend and I make fun of these all the time lol.

The solid colors look cute I wouldn't wear them. But the prints look so bad I want to burn them. I mean come on say tacky!!!

I think they are adorble. And if they are selling them like that at JCPenny and all the name brand stored then they are definetly in style. I am buying some for my daughter.

Miniskirts are cute, but ugh, not with leggings. It's already been done and it didn't work the first time.

I think its a fad comming back that everyone CANNOT pull off. If you're going to try, stick to black. Not these rainbow colored, fishnet, animal print leggings.
