one of the girls, i think dawn, draws anime, and p diddy saw one of her characters, it was a female superhero, and he asked the characters name which was 'danity kane' and he thought that would be a good name for the group cos they could all be like female superheroes

Yep, one of the girls drew a superwoman and she said it represents all of the members of the band and how powerful they are. When they went to promote themselves and all the different radio stations kept asking what it means that's what they told them. It still doesn't make sense that the very odd name Danity Kane just popped into her mind when drawing a super hero.

it was on one of the episodes..it was something about one of the girls (i want to say d woods or dawn..i forget which one) sort of superwomen she made up. i dont remember exactly what they said, but i bet if you search youtube.com you could find the episode.
