No you wont suffer from a disablilty. It may take several weeks for your toe to heal back. There isn't much that a hospital can do for a broken toe. Except tell you to take tylenol or something for the swelling and the pain. And use an ice pack. Rotate it from ice to heat if you need to. Ice for 15mins, take it off for 30mins. It helps with the pain as well. Don't worry though, your toe wont fall off. If it does, maybe consider plactic surgery?? :P

I'm sorry about what happened to you.

Presuming you were treated by a Doctor and she made sure that the broken bones were aligned, the bones should heal.

If you suffered nerve damage to nerves in your toes, you could suffer from a slight disability due to your loss of complete ability to use one or both of those toes (depending on whether the nerve damage, if any, was suffered in one or both toes.)

Do you seem to have complete feeling in both toes? Can you move both toes (at least as much as possible given the fact that they are broken)? if you answered yes to both these questions, odds are you do not have nerve damage and will have a complete recovery.

Hope this helps you. Your Doctor, upon examining you, can tell you if you might have nerve damage.
