The FX is a bouncy car, but it's necessary to accommodate it's good performance.

You can try some aftermarket air shocks, or check into different tires. That should help.

The Infiniti FX is just a bigger, heavier, and slower CUV (Crossover Utility Vehicle) version of the infiniti G35. Both are very, very nice vehicles with good performance, but they're different. If you want more cargo room and a more unique design, get the FX. If just want a fun to drive sports sedan or coupe, get the G.

Sell it and buy a porsche cayenne or a vw touareg. The only other way would be to have a suspension specialist switch it out for an airbag type suspension, but that would cost 7-8 thousand and it would probably void part of your warranty. Didnt you test drive a few types of SUVs before buying them.
