I don't think it matters too much what brand you get. I just go with the cheap ones (I forgot the brand, but they're sold at Walmart). You may want to try a few different brands, so get the smallest bottle you can get in one brand, use it, and change brands when you run out. Do that until you find one that seems to work well (you will feel different after taking vitamins for a couple of weeks). Good luck!

There are a lot of good multivitamins, but most young healthy adults get the vitamins and minerals they need in their diet. If you decide to take them, remember they will likely make your appetite increase. If that's what you want, the prenatal ones are very good. Drink plenty of water.

Go to the health food store in your area. The people that work in these stores will ask you a series of questions about your diet and lifestyle. They will show you the best ones to choose from. Don't buy anything generic from the grocery store or drug store. You will be wasting your money and not doing your body any good.
