The Party Discount store, Goodwill, Salvation Army, Thrift Shops, Flea markets, estate sales, or garage sales.

I was wanting some GOOD, heavy cookie sheets (Like my mom and grandmother used - I'm 55).

I got 4 restuarant style very large cookie sheets for a quarter each at a small thrift store.

You can also try Yahoo Group - freecycle on the internet. A lot of towns have them and if you need something you post it and wait for the answers to come in and go pick it up. In return, if you have stuff to get rid of post it and someone will want it. It's free to join and the stuff is free. Can't get better than that...

Hope it helps.
