Recently, a lot of emails we reply to our customers, through our website, are returned even our name is blocked by some of our customers, but our customers never do that !! We have been using our website to send emails, since past many years, without any trouble but now this issue is irritating. What can be wrong ? I'd appreciate if this question is answered by some professional in this field.

Actually emails we sent to our clients automatically return (bounce). Sometimes we get a reply that we have been blocked by the user, although when we inquired from our clients personally, they say that they never blocked us !

Customers often accidently hit "spam" and refuse to take responsibility or just don't believe that they can really be that ham fisted. I know I get the same thing and have even accidently blocked my friends by accidently hitting the spam button.

Maybe one of your machines got broken into, and used for spamming. That could get you blocked by a lot of people. I wouldn't know how to fix the situation though, sorry.
