Legend of Zelda on GBA does not save. Any one else ever hear of this issue?

sounds like a bad battery... which should not be the case, the game is too new for gba to not save.
some games, like tactics ogre, have two versions of the game. there is one that has a battery that you can see, the same size as one that you might find in a copy of madden 96 football. then there is a version that, like the N64, doesn't have a visible battery. these save the best, in my experience

I have A Link to the Past for GBA, but I've never had that problem. Maybe you should contact Nintendo Customer Service, to see if there is a known glitch with some of the games. Or, try replacing the battery of your GBA. They're pretty cheap.
