A limit? Set by who?
I think if it is interfering with your life or your responsibilities or your true happiness or your fulfillment or growth as a human being, then it's too much. You have to decide if you are addicted or if you could be making better use of your time.
Other than that I guess you could hurt yourself if you aren't careful.
