I was just wondering. I won $50,000 on a scratch off ticket in South Carolina, but I owe about $70,000 back in Alabama for my 11 kids. The thing is I don't believe all 11 are mine. I know #2,5,7 and 10 are mine but #1,3,6 and 11 are black and #4,8,9 are hispanic and I am white and so is the mother of my babies. what should I do

get a D.N.A. test to prove which r urs and yes the ones that r urs they can take a % of the money. i am not sure ur state laws, but in nebraska they can take 10%.
