I read somewhere that getting extra iron in your system can really help out a lot. There may not even be enough in the prenatals. I recommend using this stuff called Floradix. It's available in health stores, and it's non-constipating. I take it myself and it doesn't taste bad at all. You can either take it on it's own or in half a glass of juice, preferably orange juice (the vitamin C in it helps your body absorb the iron). Also, try to stay away from the things that deplete your iron such as any caffeinated beverages. Iron is also lost in your perspiration and when you bruise yourself. I have a CD that explains about it if you're interested. I got it free at the health food store, so I'm not sure on where you can find it now. But it's called "Iron Deficiency and Anemia" with Dr. Cathy Carlson-Rink. Feel free to e-mail me if you'd like me to send you a copy of it (that is if yahoo will let that large a file go through).
Lentil soup and spinach are also good sources of iron. Oh and Ovaltine might help you out too. It's full of vitamins, minerals, and nutrients. It's also good for the developing baby while you're pregnant.

Also, be sure that your husband's doing all he can to help on his part so he has a high sperm count. He needs to make sure he doesn't get too much heat around there. I also heard that shaving around there helps to make more since it has better air circulation and less heat. Make sure both of you eat lots of fruit and vegetables, drink water, and no alcohol or smoking.

Oh and there's some good yoga exercises that are great for the reproductive system. Check out "28 Day Yoga Exercise Plan" by Richard Hittleman. The link's below if you'd like more info about it.

Hope I've helped. =)

The best way to go is, if you smoke, quit, if you drink, stop, take prenatal vitamins...Sometimes if you have low iron you can't get pregnant, and if you do, and you don't know that you're pregnant right away, it can end in misscarriage..Exercise regularly, drink tons of water, and eat alot of fruits and vegetables.

I saw this on the travel channel. Go to Taiwan and eat a cows(I think it was a cow) uterus. According to the woman on the show they think it would make yours stronger. Whether it actually works or not is another story. But maybe if you truely believe it would and then you ate the animals uterus it would work. Thanks and have a nice day!
