I never had any morning sickness, but when I found out I was pregnant I didn't really eat much more- I added a meal ( I ususall yonly ate lunches and dinners so I added breakfast) and took some prenatal vitamins and ate better foods. I also didnt have any strange cravings.
Every pregnancy is different. Eat your regular meals, take your vitamins, and if you hungry-have a snack. But don't over eat like most people do.
I ofund I started eating more AFTER i had the baby-I was breasfeeding and was hungry all the time-very annoying :) but that soon went away too.
GOOD LUCK!!

Everyone is different.
Some women have morning sickness which begins at 4-6 weeks of pregnancy. In that case, they begin to eat alot when it subsides, which is normally after the 4th or 5th month.
Others, who experience no morning sickness, will eat throughout their pregnancy. It is these women who need to pay attention to what they eat, so they gain baby weight and not fat weight.
It's never the amount that you eat. What matters, is the quality of food that you eat. Always pick fresh fruits & vegetables, and lean cooked meats. Get enough dairy. When eating salads, make sure it's green leafy vegetables which are packed with vitamins, than california lettuce which isn't. Take your prenatals.
Drink plenty of water. Water is a key thing in pregnancy, it keeps your body in good gear. Deyhdration causes nausea, constipation, cramping, dizziness, and preterm labor. Babies need a lot of water to grow, and will take all that they can from mom.
Stay away from greasy foods, fast foods, and especially soda. Don't eat or drink foods that are in low nutritional content. These things will not aid in a healthy growth of baby, and can cause more stomach & intentional upset.

The hearty appetite kicks in during the second trimester I think.
For the first three months, you're (at least I did) feeling somewhat sick and the sight and smell of many foods turns you off. In the last three months you prefer not to stuff yourself to avoid the inevitable discomfort that follows a binge.
If you're pregnant right now, do make sure you don't eat junk foods or sugary, oily and spicy foods. Take Care !!

Usually morning sickness takes up the first trimester. Second trimester is when it starts to go away and you start showing, so you feel more beautiful and comfortable, and you start getting hungry more often. But by your last month, you won't have enough room 'cause the baby will take it all up LOL, you'll get full easily. But usually the 2nd trimester is when the hunger really kicks in.

Well I am not sure when it starts but, my wife is pregnant right now, we are expecting next month. Our doctor told her to try not to gain weight till after the first trimester. Reason being that the weight you gain first is your own and harder to lose later on the weight is your baby growing and thus you lose most of it with birth. I am not saying not to get fat or anything like that but the more weight you gain the more health problems for you and your baby. I know that is not the answer to your question but hopefully it will help to curve your appetite a little.

After the morning sickness goes away. But you don't have to over eat. Just stay away from too much junk food. Almost every woman has cravings. I've heard that is because your body is missing some kind of nutrient. I craved loaded footlong hotdogs, never did figure out what it was I needed.

I find that I get hungry more often and if I don't eat I start feeling sick to my stomach so I eat about every 3-4hrs even if it is just a protein bar or something small and I am in my first trimester.

I started being constantly hungry right away, but i also have hypoglicemia, so i eat every three hours anyway. I ate every thing under the sun and only gained 24lbs with my son. Every women is different, and so is every pregnancy.
