If it is an LCD or a laptop screen, visit your local computer store, and buy a pack of cleaning wipes specially made for those, then wipe it down. If it is CRT, just turn it off and unplug it, spray it with windex, then wipe it down.

Depends on the type of screen If CRT you can use windex but dont spray on screen. spray on a paper towel and wipe screen. If it is lcd you realy need to buy some lcd screen cleaning wipes at the store.
