The memories could be of anything you can imagine, good or bad or powerful. Implant them into your brain to replace the memories you now have. The new memories would recreate your brain to function as someone else thereby changing your life entirely, for the better. Do you think its possible?

It would be a mission impossible kinda job. The memory is bulit over a period of time, by joining of neurons. Eacah neuron can connect to another via something similar to tentaciles.
To recreate a memory, first you need to disjoint all neurons and make the person worse than stephen hawking or patient suffering from motor neuron disease stop it's progress right before biological functions go hay-wire (which can lead to death apart from brain death). Than join each individual neuron in a special way to recreate memory.
There are more than billion neurons - mre than number of internet enabled pcs and each can connect to nearest neuron in more than one fashion. Possibilites of error endless
If after 500 yrs they able to do , should be tried for people
who have already been declared brain dead or people suffering from motor neuron disease, where the neuron start dying at a faster rate than normal. These are the only cells in body that dont generate & so I hope this answers your question appropriately.

If you want to replace your memories that bad then you need to be in counseling= whatever has happen or that you've done, they can be learning lessons. Please find a counselor
