Use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer because it has built-in popup blocker, better security against viruses and hackers and customizable themes that look really cool. If you are over here on Y answer, I guess you have an Yahoo account. Get the Yahoo tool bar. It comes with the best popup blocker currently out there. It even blocks their own popups!!!

you should try Ad-Aware SE Personal and really good and once you have installed it and there a tool once you have installed it where u can block pop up like site, or try stopzilla which is good as well if you get the genkey with crack works well.
