why did people do this to gaara?

why did people treat gaara that way when he was a kid?why do people think hes a monster?if people wouldent have treat garra that way,he wouldent have killed people he would be more happier,right?

Get a hold of yourself, guy. You do realize that Gaara is fictional, Right. Just someone that is made up. It's all just a story that they have to put some bad stuff in to make people read it. The author had to draw your attention somehow and this how he did it.
