just curious, can anybody here confirm the paypal frauds and stories circulating in the net? or are these just fake propaganda?

There are frauds that are people pretending to be PayPal and fools give them their username and passwords.

I use it no problems at all so far. People will try and defraud you but that's not really anything to do with paypal. If someone does not follow the usual set down procedure as laid out on say ebay then chances are hes trying to pull off some sort of fraud. You should just ignore them and report them, I have had two people removed by ebay for trying to get goods without paying.

To be able to get money anywhere in the world I tend to use http://www.westernunion.com there is a fee but its very fast and secure. Hope this helps :O) By the way paypal is secure too, just not easy to transfer cash.
