Your question is general so I will give you a general answer. His sleep time during the day should not be more than his age requires. He should get up at an appropriate time and eat appropriately. He should have play time and time with mom and dad. Before bed time should be a quiet time to get wound down for sleep. Perhaps a story. For small childing just cuddling with mom or dad. Rocking chairs are great. I don't know if this will help you but it brings back wonderful memories to me! Good luck

how old is he? do you have a quiet time before bed? No sugar, milk or turkey and a lot of love and holding
