I'm getting spammed in my yahoo box by yahoo! too.
They had supressed notification while they "upgraded" the best answer message response.
Then when they turned it back on, apparently, they're recycling through that buffer over and over and over again!
This is getting to be a huge pain deleting emails every two seconds. I'm up to 29 notifications per BA now too.
It's filling up my mailbox!
I reported it a few hours ago when I only had 3 of each, but the river continues to flow freely.
I turned it in as spam! (which is what it is).
You can report it as spam here, off of this link,
http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/mail/spam/...
which may help escalate the issue.
Here's the log link
http://messages.answers.yahoo.com/answer...
Best of luck! TGIF!
PS. as I rote this e-mail i got an e-mail for best answer

Yeah for the past two days I didn't get any messages telling me if I got any best answers. But in the past few hours it looks like I've gotten notices for every one I ever had!!!!
****Even though I continue to get the e-mails my points count has remained where it should be****

I trust Chip Monk. I had the comparable adventure of flipping out and in and it form of feels Yahoo is changing its format and then back reverting to the previous one. in spite of the shown fact that, does not rely. I initiallythought that the computing gadget became the perpetrator yet after listening to from you all i became reassured. in addition to from the solutions I learnt that i might desire to circulate to Yahoo in distinctive worldwide places.(am i able to relally?)i became sticking in elementary terms to the Indian financial ruin.If the YQA had no longer winked the way it did you've got asked this question and that i does not have this revelation(?).

i have three notices that my answer to "why can't women do simple math, like 2+2?" has been chosen the best answer. I don't see the ads because I use Mozilla with AdBlocker because I don't want to see the stupid ads. If i wanted their crap i'd go to a store and buy it.

Yea, me too. I've gotten 12 "best answers" repeated several times so far. It's really annoying!
