Start>Run>cmd>netstat -n
Do this before you talk with someone to see what IPs are there and one when you talk to a person and see what IP is new.

Yes, and No. You can open and save their profile URL and use sites like Sam Spade to back trace, but there are many flaws with this, not the least of which is; If they are dsl or cable what you will see will likely be what is known as a sub net mask. (not their real isp address).

And using sites like Spade is not for the faint of heart, its fairly easy to get Black Listed there.

Make a website, put an ip tracker on there, then ask that person to go check out the site, and you'll get your ip.

impossible, because im is not using peer to peer connection, if you track it you will get server's ip, not the person who sent the message
