upgrading rims?

I drive a 2005 dodge stratus sxt that has 16" stock rims, will 17" x 7.5" rims with a Bolt Pattern of 5x4.5 (5x114.3) and Offset +42mm fit??

yea if the lug pattern and bolt pattern match the vehicle.

The bolt pattern on the sedans is 5x100
the bolt pattern on the coupe is 5x114.3

you'll obviously need a bigger/new tire though. like a 205/50/17
