I'm such a Harry Potter freak, and I've read all of the books at least five times - the fifth one nine times - and I'm DYING to know who's going to die, who's going to come back, which side will win ((though, in good literature - not to mention children novels - the good side usually wins...)), things like that.... If Snape is really good, or really evil.... I'M DYING TO KNOW HERE!!!!!!!!!!! So if anyone has any theories, please let me know!

MY THEORY:
harry must do battle with Voldemort. In ordert o kill V forever, Harry must die along with him.
It is a pitched battle but V does not realize that harry is drawing his strength and determination not only from his freinds, but from those who have passed away.
Although valiant, Harry cannot hold out. As V is getting reqdy to lay the Big Death on Harry, Snape steps in to hold V in place. Harry must destroy both in order to save everyone and he does.
Only later does he learn Snape's true involvement with everything and that he is a second godfather to Harry
What do you think?

Neville? I mean, he has such a big connection with Harry and Voldemort and everything but yet he doesn't know. Who knows? He might die of helping Harry when he discovers the truth. This will make him a true hero besides Harry. Hermione? This will break ppl's hearts for sure.
I don't think Harry has a high chance to die. According to the prophet (as far as I know), EITHER he or Voldemort will die. The HP series is all about Good vs Evil. Voldemort CAN'T live, can he?

I seriously think Hagrid is going to die making some kind of sacrafice. I dont think anyone in the trio is going to die. I have a feeling that even though Dumbledore is dead we are still going to see a lot of him via his portrait in the headmasters office. Since I think there is now way Rowling would let evil triumph Voldemort will of course die. I am so anxious for this book. I am rooting for the 7/7/07 release rumor that has been going around for a while. It just works too perfectly.

i don't think harry will die..but i think he *almost* will. and it'll be pretty heartbreaking what he has to get thru to actually do away w/ Voldemort forever.... the stories have been getting increasingly and increasingly heart wrenching, especially the story of Harry and his parents. he's going to do a lot of soul searching, learn about Godric's Hollow, etc.... maybe neville will be the one who dies.. someone who is a main character, but not the 3. if one of the 3 does die, it's gotta be Hermione...someone who had so much talent and promise, and was Completely innocent (harry was the one in the prophecy, not hermione! and she's a muggle!) had to be sacrificed. aww i feel sad just thinking of it :(.....

I am so sorry to know that Harry dies indeed.and u are dying to know too.:P.
Actually GKRolling sais that she will"kill"him so that when she dies no one tries to make the sequence and makes money of their heroes.She wants it to be her writing,a complete story.It'sa pitty coz I would read all harry Potter's life if I could..
Isn't it enough embarassing?I mean does this can be compared to Jane Austen?lol.It can't but I really like wizards and stuff.:)

I'm thinking that it will be Snape that dies after it is discovered that he really is a good guy and that it turns out that Neville was actually the chosen one.
BTW - When is the book due out?

I want to know who dies in the bokk 7 but there need to be a bit patient.
But myself i think Harry dies and Snape dies too.

I think it will be Hermione and Ron. The bond of friendship that they have had all these 7 years will make Harry rise up and kill Voldemort with all the pent-up emotion in his heart. The death of his 2 closest friends will be the key element and the last bit of magic that will make him Voldemort's killer.

me theory:
snape is good. he killed dumbledore to "save" him bc dumbledore is a horcrux. in the end i do not think harry is the one that will die since that is what JK expects us to think. if harry dies, it'll just be too cliche. i did hear a theory though that harry himself is a horcrux and in the end must kill himself in order to save the wizard community. bc once he kills himself and destroys the last horcrux, voldemort will be destroyed as well.
but i guess we will just have to wait for the 7th to come out!
