Hi I am looking for serious answers.
I'm a junior in college right now majoring in elementary education. I really want to work at a hospital next summer as a part time job. Are there jobs that you know of where I can work with children that are in-patients or a job where i can get paid working at a hospital even though my major is elementary education and not towards medicine? I really want to know what jobs i can get even though im not majoring in medicine. Please answer!

I am not a doctor, but I am a medical assistant/pre-nursing student and it sounds like a patient services rep would be a good idea. A PSR rooms patients, takes BP, temp, height and weight, schedules follow up appts, etc...depending on the hospital/clinic you work at. I would suggest trying a local pediatrics clinic or children's hospital. Best of luck to you.

Call your local hospitals and talk to the Recreation Therapy department.
Some times they take on aides to help them with childrens activities here in Dallas.

Yes you can take a nurse aid course and work with kids, as long as you can pass the police clearance
