what is a house name/flat numbers?

i'm trying to order some stuff from a UK site but i live in the US and don't know what a house name is? or what i should put for county? my state?

some houses in England have names such as [dun roamin or rose cottage ] England is divided into counties much as America is divided into states though they don't have as much Independence as a state
if you put your state their should be no problem as businesses in UK deal with America all the time
