No. It's against the rules to have cosmetic surgery done. After the competition is over, the women can do whatever they want. If the woman has had cosmetic surgery, and is found out, she is disqualified from the pageant.

I thought they allowed it. (I saw a program on television about Ms.Brazil getting a nose job and lipo a while back.) Unless that's only other countries which allow plastic surgery.

Well beauty is beauty, even it is "constructed", after all it is a pleasure for the eye to see something nice regardless of the surgeries done.
so i tihnk it should be allowed

I don't know about today but they use to have to be all natural
