You're in love with yourself and you're frustrated with all (or none) of the oral you have gotten, being subcinsciously certain that you could do it best yourself....if you could just.....
Or those performing it just don't do it the way you want. You seek control but don't know how to take it so you can only imagine controlling yourself---you turn your sexual frustation in on yourself.
Possibly you could be so fixated on same sex oral sex because you desparately want to perform it.

It sounds like there a certain aspects of your self (the clone) that your ignoring and you need to focus on those and integrate them or basically gather in your energy, centralize it so it's not so scattered. Sex in a dream is usually meant to take in to your self, or gather.

I think maybe you are little to into yourself. Try doing some soul searching and you might see you need to come back down to earth a little or alot. It's natural to have sexual dreams about people you are attracted to, or a dream girl/guy, but not yourself.

You're just desperate for sex and your desires are way beyond normal. Furthermore, the lack of fulfilled desire causes you to create alternatives in your dreams. Maybe you aren't getting the dose of sex that you need, that probably caused you to want more and more but you just can't get it, besides dreaming of it. Do you masturbate? Maybe that's why.
