I am searching to see a written gathering of internet websites.

Impossible. Given the sheer number of web-sites, even just the main pages would take books on par with a set of encyclopedias. Also, there would be no clear way to choose between alphabetical URL (www.site.com, etc) or the simple numeric IP address. It would be like three phone books, having the URL section, the IP section, and the company/organization name.
