I've been diagnosed with manic depression, I'm cyclothymic (mild bipolar) and emotionally disabled. Recently, my fiance left me. I got into a severe depression, and then my anger took hold. I explained to her many times that I cannot stand it when I yell, when I threaten, when I push her away so badly, in fact, it hurts me more that I do it because it's basically ruining my life. I want to attract, not push. I want her to come to me on her own will and not run from me screaming. Please... does anyone have any serious help that I could look into to fix this self-destruction? I can'ttake the pain that I cause anymore. I really need someones help.

And I can't do it alone...

oh gosh...im so sorry...you know, self- destruction is a common trait of human beings. you know how u cant self destruct, think of the world as not an island. think of the world as something you can leave a legacy to. the world needs you and therefore u know ure important. youre fiance should be less scrutinizing...love urself, dude. its the only thing u have...i dont understand y people resort to suicide. We need to reach out to people because everybody is alone...But if you reach out, you will know that no matter how many people are trying to diagnose you with all these horrendous names of diseases, you are still important. Besides, manic depression is very common nowadays. Hell, the person who made this name up, is probably very snobbish and does not know what they are doing. The DSM-IV manual of psychology should not be the basis of people's personalities. It should not even be included as something people should be looking up to. You are normal and you know you are important

Get on the medication. You will drive yourself crazy if you don't, and you will never be happy. There are some good ones out there and they sometime take a while to take effect, so consult with a doctor asap for your own sake.

You need to see a counselor as soon as possible. Also, why not try asking God to help you through his Son, Jesus Christ?
